Rebecca was previously a Waldorf School Administrator and she brings these administrative,
education and communication skills to educate and consult with her clients on the home buying
and selling process. She works as a team with her clients to close transactions smoothly.
Rebecca is a native Oregonian and a graduate of the University of Oregon, the city of Eugene
is her stomping grounds. She knows Eugene and she takes the time to know her clients so
they attain the best home, the best price, the right location.
Rebecca's partner and assistant, Charly Pritchard, has a Bachelor of Fine Arts and experience
in construction project management. Charly brings her passion for excellence in
design and visual arts to her high quality marketing materials and to
counselling clients to best prepare and show their houses for market.

When you walk into the office you are likly to meet Marti. Marti works the front desk
during the week and pretty much keeps the whole office in order. We have three Principal
Brokers who are there to support us whenever we have questions and are constantly
overseeing the files. The office staff is amazing at keeping our files and records in order,
the marketing directors oversee our the Windermere Magazine,
radio and newspaper advertisements. The technical support person is incredible at keeping
us connected with the evolving technology and we have ongoing classes in our office to
keep us abreast of the ever changing market and real estate industry.

We are Committed to Our Community
A percentage of every transaction we complete is donated to local non-profit organizations.
Windermere raises money for our local Habitat for Humanity by coordinating an annual concert,
we get out on the land and work the garden as well as collect food cans to give to
Food for Lane County. We collect coats and blankets for families in need
during the winter months . . . . and the list goes on.
